I have exercised for several years - road biking, power walking and swimming but I had never truly worked out before I joined Haley’s boot camp last Fall. I tried it but the concept of an indoor gym did not appeal to me. I really enjoy Haley’s boot camp because every session is at a different outdoor location and every session is different. I have learned so much and feel very energized after working out with Haley! I have also learned what not to do that could cause injuries! Each session is varied with different activities. This keeps me interested, focused and challenged. She adapts exercises depending on your fitness level. Because Haley keeps her groups small she really gets to know everyone well and individualizes her sessions for you. I work out hard (most of the time!) but also have a lot of fun and laughs as we go through each session. Her groups are very supportive, friendly, caring and non- competitive. I really enjoy the “outdoors” aspect of her boot camp, the fresh air, the natural settings and the challenge of getting back to the starting point and my car!
When the clock goes off at 5:30am I might feel like pulling the covers over my head, however I know that I will feel great after the session and this inspires me every time. Haley’s love of sports and her passion for healthy living are obvious in the way she runs her boot-camp.

Fitlife boot camp provides a solid, full-body workout that is done in one hour! She modifies all workouts to fit any skill level, while still providing a challenging class for those in great shape.
I would recommend this to anyone who is like me and doesn't want to go stand around the gym for 2 hours wondering what to do. I have been doing it for 3 months now and have seen results. You will leave each class feeling motivated to come back next time!
