Each Personal Training package includes:
1) Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. The Fitness assessment measures your Body fat & BMI (Body Mass Index).
2) One on One Training
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength, increase endurance, and improve your overall health. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, sprints, plyometrics, boxing, core and so much more to achieve the results you are looking for!
3) Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
Why head to the gym when you can work out in the privacy of your own home, local park or even pool? I will bring weights, bands, bosu's, medicine balls, jump ropes, steps, and so much more to provide you with a unique session each time. It is important to keep you focused, keep you guessing, and keep you accountable. Work out one on one or grab a friend!
