Are you looking for something new, affordable, and different? Then Bootcamp is the perfect change for you! It has become one of the most popular forms of group exercise, and has now come to Napa at a low price with NO long term commitments. The others require several months commitment and long term contracts... not FITLife! My program is month to month and sure to bring you the results you desire.
FITLife’s Boot Camp program is exclusive and intimate, 10 participants per session! It is designed to keep the experience similar to a personal training session with individual attention! You will also be provided with a program where you will experience cardio drills, strength training, cross training, muscle toning, core training, stretching and so much more! Each workout is unique and specifically designed for all fitness needs and levels!
Both men and woman are encouraged to participate! Each session is locatedoutdoors throughout the beautiful Napa Valley, designed to bring excitement and variety to your experience!
The following are included in your Boot Camp Package:
1) Your weekly workouts in a semi private, intimate group of 10 participants
2) Initial fitness evaluations, ie: stamina, strength, flexibility
3) Monthly private weigh ins, along with body fat and inches measurements. (Solely to document your progress).
4) Weekly fitness and health goals, along with a schedule of suggested work outs for your 'non' boot camp days.

What if I have never worked out before? * ALL Fitness levels are welcome to participate! The program is designed for those who have just started their exercise journey to the most advanced participant! Everyone is to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe! You will never feel pressure to push beyond your own personal limits, we are all here to work together as part of a team!
Is boot camp too hard? Boot camp is a challange! FITLife Boot Camp is designed for women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We will never ask you to complete exercises that go beyond your capacity! We are here to support you and to ensure that you feel like you're part of the team. We use a series of fitness tests at the beginning of camp so we can properly evaluate your fitness level and capabilities. In addition, coaches demonstrate both high-impact and low-impact variations of exercises and vary the intensity of workouts on a daily basis to minimize fatigue and injury
Do I need to bring anything? * Yes, a yoga mat and a pair of dumbells. Otherwise, all other equipment will be provided for you. You will be given plenty of notifaction prior to your session! Don't forget your water!
What if I miss a Boot Camp session? * This is a lifestyle priority- so unfortunately there will be no refunds issued for missed sessions, and sessions may only be made up if the maximum capacity is not reached.
How long is my commitment? *Boot Camp is a four week commitment, with payment due prior to your first session. You may come 1 time per week or 4 times per week if you choose!
