My passion for health and fitness began at a young age while participating in competitive softball, basketball, and waterpolo. In 2003 after completing high school I moved to San Luis Obispo to attend college. I began frequenting group exercise classes at a local health club to relieve stress and stay in shape . I loved participating in these classes so much that I became a Johnny G spin instructor and began teaching my own classes. Since then, I have become A.C.E certified in group exercise and personal training, along with achieving my Bachelors Degree in Business Finance from California State University, Sacramento. 

In May of 2009 my beautiful daughter was born and I was not ready to return to work, and my career in the financial industry was less than fulfilling. So, in efforts to stay home and raise my daughter and pursue a career that I felt passionate about, I developed my business FitLife.  Nothing brings me more joy than helping clients set and achieve goals that may have seemed near impossible before.
